This Happy Investment Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Funding Societies Malaysia”) and shall commence from 08 August 2022 to 30 September 2022, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).

This Campaign is open to all existing investors who:
i. Have an inactivated investment account with Funding Societies Malaysia;
ii. Have not made any deposit in their Funding Societies Malaysia Account
iii. Registered their interest to participate in the campaign; and
iv.  Minimum investment of  RM 1,000 in any financing notes
(hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Participants”)
For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Funding Societies Malaysia are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

This Campaign is applicable to all investments made on all available Notes on the Funding Societies Malaysia website and mobile apps during the Campaign Period.

For every cumulative investment amount of up to RM 1,000 made during the Campaign Period, each Eligible Participant may earn 1 qualifying into the campaign prize. Refer to the illustrations of the eligible number of entries based on the investment amounts.

20 winners will be selected from the pool of Eligible Participants to receive RM 100 each (“Campaign Prize”), to be credited into their FS wallet at the end of campaign.

Campaign prize winners will be selected from the Eligible Participants at the end of the Campaign Period via a randomizer. The Eligible Participants drawn from the randomizer will need to answer a set of simple questions correctly to win the Campaign Prize. In the event the selected Eligible Participant is unable to answer the questions correctly, Funding Societies Malaysia shall select the next Eligible Participants drawn from the randomizer to answer the set of simple questions to win the Campaign Prize.

Each Eligible Participant shall only be entitled to one (1) Campaign Prize.

Campaign results and winners will be announced in October 2022 and will be published on FS social media and blogpost.

Funding Societies Malaysia will contact the winners directly to confirm their particulars before coordinating the deliveries of the Campaign Prize.

Should there be any failure in getting the required particulars from the winner(s) within the next 3 working days from the results announcement, Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to select the next winner(s).

This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns and promotions carried out by Funding Societies Malaysia.

Funding Societies Malaysia reserves the right to add, delete or vary the terms and conditions herein, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion by way of posting the amended terms and conditions on Funding Societies’ Malaysia website without prior notice.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and agree that Funding Societies’ Malaysia decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. You also agree to access Funding Societies’ Malaysia website to ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to this terms and conditions.

Funding Societies Malaysia shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any participants as a result of their participation in this Campaign.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
